Bad Health Habit


There are a lot of bad health habits. Especially, smoking is a very bad health habit. There are several reasons why smoking is bad health. One reason is that smoking causes various sicknesses. For example, it becomes easy to get a lung cancer in the person who smokes a lot of cigarettes. The danger of smoker's lung cancer is 4.5 times as high as the nonsmoker. In addition, smoking is bad health because smoking becomes the cause of cardiac infarction. The cigarette has working that narrows the blood vessel, so it gets cardiac infarction when smoking too much.
Drinking too much is a bad health habit, too. It has several negative effects on human body. For one thing, the drinking too much of alcohol causes cirrhosis since alcohol damages the liver. Finally, another negative effect of drinking too much is that it is said that the brain cell will be destroyed. Therefore, smoking and drinking too much are very dangerous.
