Christmas

I am not a Christian. However, I am very happy in Christmas. The dinner at the Christmas Eve and the present on the next day were very the enjoyments every year. Therefore, I got up early very much on December 25. Recently, I am a little lonely because Christmas is one person. Still, I look forward to Christmas.

Sapporo and Numazu

Sapporo and Numazu are very different cites. First of all, Sapporo City is much bigger than Numazu City. The population of Sapporo City is 1.9 million people. On the other hand, the population of Numazu City is 200,000 people. Secondly, the weather in Sapporo and Numazu are very different. For example, the temperature in Sapporo is usually colder than it is in Numazu. The average temperature of Sapporo is 8.2℃, and the average temperature of Numazu is 16.1℃. In addition, it snows in Sapporo every year in winter,　but it rarely snows in Numazu. Finally, public transport is also different. There is a subway in Sapporo. However, there is no subway in Numazu. Therefore, Sapporo and Numazu have many differences.

FIFA Club World Cup

FIFA Club World Cup is a tournament of soccer. This is very exiting. Although World Cup held once every four years, Club World Cup is the tournament that decides No.1 club team in the world. This year, the team in Japan is participating, and Manchester U comes as champion Europe. I’m looking forward very much.

Tennis and Table Tennis

Tennis and table tennis have something in common. Particularly, the rules are very similar. First of all, you use a racket in tennis and table tennis does too. Also, tennis and table tennis are sports that　hit the ball with the racket each other. Secondly, a net is used in these sports. It is necessary to over the net and to return the ball to the court of the opponent. If you cannot return the ball to opponent court, it becomes the score of the opponent. Finally, it is same number of players in tennis and table tennis. Both sports have singles and the doubles. Moreover, there is a team competition, too. Therefore, Tennis and table tennis are very similar sports.

Environmental Problems

Now, environmental problems become very serious. For example, global warming, desertification, natural resources, and environmental pollution, etc. Recently, it is said that the electric vehicle is good for the environment. However, I think otherwise because electricity also using oil and exhausts CO2. It is very difficult to solve environmental problems.

Nuclear Energy

In my opinion, nuclear energy is not the best way to meet our energy needs. First of all, nuclear energy is very dangerous. Nuclear energy makes radioactive substances such as uranium and plutonium. Therefore, if an accident happens in a nuclear energy plant, surroundings are polluted with the radioactivity. The radioactivity is very harmful to the human body and the environment. Actually, accidents happen all over the world. In addition, there is no safe processing method for the radioactive fallout. Accordingly, dangerous waste increases, and an adverse legacy is left for the next generation. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the energy with little adverse effects to the environment such as the force of the wind and the sun light.

My Problem

Now I have problem that oversleep. Recently, I cannot get up with my alarm clock. Therefore, I am late to the class. I think my late riser has two causes. First, my room is very cold in the morning. It is very hard. I won’t to go out of the bed. Second, I am a little lazy. I try hard more.

My Hometown

My hometown is Sapporo, Hokkaido. Hokkaido is the most northern in Japan. Also, Sapporo is a central city of Hokkaido. The size of this city is almost the same as Hong Kong. The population is about 1.9 million people. This city’s weather is severe. It is very cold in winter, and it has heavy snow. This is very severe, but I have become accustomed to the snow.
Sapporo is famous as a sightseeing spot. For example, there is a famous snow festival in Sapporo. There are a lot of snow statues in this festival. They are very beautiful and powerful. In addition, food is also good. For instance, Ramen and Soup curry are very delicious. Therefore, I like my hometown.

Healthy

Health is very happy, but it is a little difficult. I take care of health because I am a little sickly. A good lifestyle is important to be healthy. Fist of all, It neatly eats food. We should eat breakfast. The most important thing is a sleep. The early to bed and early to rise is very important. I want to be healthy in the future.

Money is The Root of All Evil

There is an expression "Money is the root of all evil". This means that money is related to all evil. I agree with this expression.
The thing that is called evil is various. For one thing, poverty is one evil. For example, the homeless are very severe. They have neither work nor a house. Also, if people are poor, they become unhealthy because of little food and very bad environment. These poverty societies are evil.
Another thing is the war. I think this is the worst. A lot of people die and become unhappy in a war. Moreover, weapons are also evil because these are used only to kill persons. For example, the nuclear weapons are the cruelest weapons. Also, these weapons are very expensive. Therefore, money is the root of all evil.

My Dream

When I was child, my dream was to become a soccer player. I still like play soccer. However, now, my dream is to work at the hospital. This is a target rather than the dream in the future. In addition, my dream is to become happy. I think this dream is very difficult.

Food

I think food is the most important thing in the life. Even if we have a painful thing, the delicious foods will make us happy. My favorite food is the persimmon; in Japanese, Kaki. It is the fruit. I think the persimmon is very delicious, but people who like persimmons are few. Also, we can eat this fruit only in autumn. This is very sad.

I Like Sports

I like sports very much because I like to move my body. For example, soccer, volleyball, and table tennis are very interesting. Especially, my favorite sport is soccer. I think soccer is the most exciting sport. I have been playing soccer since elementary school. Of course, I belong to the soccer club now. If I don’t playing soccer for a long time, I come to want to kick the ball. Maybe, I will keep playing soccer in the future.
Also, I like watching sports on the TV, too. It is interesting to watch even sports that I don’t play usually, for instance, tennis, golf, and American football. Therefore, I like the Olympics because there are various sports and it is very interesting. Of course, I like watching soccer. Especially, the soccer World Cup is very exciting and it is very high level. Sports are necessary for me.

My Childhood

When I was a child, I loved playing soccer. I played soccer everyday. Of cause, I like soccer now. My parents worked to the evening, so I stay my home with my big brother. I often went mountain climbing. When I went Mount Yotei, I stay mountain lodge. There was very cold. However, the rising sun was very beautiful.

Qualities of a Good Restaurant

A good restaurant has several important qualities. For one thing, the interior should be beautiful. When the interior is dirty, the dish is not delicious. Also, it’s unhealthy. The next thing is good location. If the restaurant is near, you can go there easily. Another thing is the menu. You can order favorite food if there are a lot of menus. The service is also important. If waiter's attitude is bad, it becomes unpleasant feelings. In addition, the price should be low. If it is cheap, it is possible to eat a lot. The most important thing is taste of dish, because the restaurant is a place where it eats food. However, a good restaurant varies from person to person.

My Father's Life

My father’s name is Miura Goro. He is a pharmacist. He was born in Sapporo in Hokkaido on October 24, 1952. Then, he graduated from Hokkaido Pharmaceutical University in Hokkaido, and he became a pharmacist at the age of 22 years. Afterwards, he worked as a pharmacist at two hospitals in Sapporo and Tomakomai. At that time, he met my mother and they married. Also, they had three children. In 1998, he fought drug poisoning issue, for the HIV-tainted-blood scandal. It’s a scandal in which many people were infected with HIV with the polluted medicine. He keeps fighting against many issues of drug poisoning now.

My name is Tatsuro Miura. I was born in Sapporo, Hokkaido. But, now I live in Numazu, Shizuoka. My major is medical engineering. My hobby is sports and computer games. My favorite sports is soccer. I belong to the soccer club. I wont to work in Hospital in the future.

Good Points About Hokkaido

There are many good points about Hokkaido. First of all, the food is very delicious. Especially, Hokkaido’s crab is very nice. For example, Hairy crab, King crab and Snow crab is very delicious. The Snow Festival is also interesting. Specially, a lot of snow statues are very beautiful. And huge snow statues are very powerful. In addition, there is beautiful nature in Hokkaido. For example, Shiretoko is very moving. Shiretoko was registered in World Heritage in 2005. Also, you can play winter sports in Hokkaido. Skiing and skating is very fun. Hokkaido is great place to visit. You should visit in Hokkaido.
